Operations Coordinator, New Hope Product Group , Lifestyle

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the New Hope Product team in the Boulder, CO office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Producing and maintaining accuracy of workorders (i.e. staffing, security, f&b, vendor requirements)
- Producing and maintaining accuracy of signage
- Submitting vendor payments
- Producing, tracking and reconciling financials/budget worksheets
- Providing and proofing marketing content: A2Z, print/email/web pieces, webcasts
- Managing onsite staffing and onsite operations of events
- Making decisions as it relates to pricing and vendor selections as required and outside of “national” vendors
- Collaborating across show teams for efficiency and accuracy in process and client (internal & external) experience
Position Qualifications:
Education:
- College degree or equivalent relevant career experience.
Experience:
- 2-3 years professional event operations
- Working knowledge of project management.
- Familiarity with the healthy lifestyle industry a plus.
Skill/Ability:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work quickly under deadline pressures
- Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Able to take direction and manage projects from start to finish
- Able to solve problems
- Must have excellent inter-personal skills.
