Operations Coordinator, New Hope Product Group , Lifestyle

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the New Hope Product team in the Boulder, CO office.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Producing and maintaining accuracy of workorders (i.e. staffing, security, f&b, vendor requirements)
  • Producing and maintaining accuracy of signage
  • Submitting vendor payments
  • Producing, tracking and reconciling financials/budget worksheets
  • Providing and proofing marketing content: A2Z, print/email/web pieces, webcasts
  • Managing onsite staffing and onsite operations of events
  • Making decisions as it relates to pricing and vendor selections as required and outside of “national” vendors
  • Collaborating across show teams for efficiency and accuracy in process and client (internal & external) experience
 
Position Qualifications:
 
Education:
  • College degree or equivalent relevant career experience.
Experience:
  • 2-3 years professional event operations
  • Working knowledge of project management.
  • Familiarity with the healthy lifestyle industry a plus.
Skill/Ability:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work quickly under deadline pressures
  • Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to take direction and manage projects from start to finish
  • Able to solve problems
  • Must have excellent inter-personal skills.
