VP, Forecasting

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:

The VP of Forecasting is responsible for supervising Business Managers and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and functionality of financial reports at the corporate level. They will direct the company's financial activities through preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports and strategic business plans and assure the accuracy of monthly financial and operating statistics information assembled for the board.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires a four-year degree with a major in accounting or finance with a Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years previous budgeting, forecasting and analytical procedures experience.

Skills required for this position: financial modeling, excellent supervisory and management skills required as well as current knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Knowledge of Oracle financial reporting software required. Substantial experience with Microsoft Excel required.
