Advertising Traffic Coordinator

Position Description:

 This position will be responsible for uploading ad materials into DoubleClick ad serving software and email systems for multiple websites, e-newsletters and other online products ensuring materials meet thechnical specifications and schedule requirements and ensuring that advertisements meet run-date deadlines.  This position will also be responsible for reporting on campaign activity and providing insight to sales executives regarding performance, delivery and timing, as well as analysis of overall site performance for advertisers, based on content and ad units.  The positin will work with client services for materials scheduling and placement for web and email and reporting.


Position Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or equivalent work experience working in publishing or with an ad agency.  Knowledge of ad serving technology (DART for Enterprise or DART for Publishers, OAS, or similar AD Management or Ad Servicing tools), ad tag setup and technology, Rich Media, behavior targeting, basic Javascript/HTML, 1-3 years of MS-Excel including experience creating pivot tables, sort, match and combine data.  Qualified applicants will possess a strong attention to detail and quality, ability to learn new processes quickly, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
